We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Any products showing signs of use, tampering, or wear will not qualify for a refund.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Note: We are unable to assist with damage claims after this 7-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Looking for a different item? The fastest way is to return your original purchase (with approval) and place a new order for the product you want.

European Union - 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
